Upon acquisition in 2004, JSP has completely renovated the clubhouse and fitness center by restructuring the floor plan and installing new flooring and windows. Although rents have continued to increase, occupancy has maintained above 97%.

Once acquired, Tribecca Apartments underwent a major rehabilitation program transforming the property from a bland early 1970’s, flat roof property to a modern, highly visible and desirable property. Upgrades included new siding, walkways, entrance, parking configurations, balconies, fitness center and leasing office.
