Todd Irish, VP Asset Management

As Vice President of Asset Management, Todd Irish is responsible for oversight of the asset management team for the 10,000 units in Jackson Square Properties portfolio. In addition to general oversight of all markets he has direct oversight over the Illinois, Texas, Tennessee and Arizona markets.

 

 

As Vice President of Asset Management, Todd Irish is responsible for oversight of the asset management team for the 10,500 units in Jackson Square Properties portfolio. In addition to general oversight of all markets he has direct oversight over the Utah, Illinois, Texas, Tennessee and Arizona markets.

Prior to joining Jackson Square Properties Todd worked in the in the Hotel/Hospitality industry overseeing operations of multi-sites within California. Todd transitioned to the multi-family industry when he joined AvalonBay Communities. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Hotel and Hospitality management from Johnson State College.

 

Chad Bungcayao

As Director of Aquistions Chad is responsible for Aquisition at JSP.  Additionally he has direct oversight of operations in the Northern California portfolio. Responsibilities include ensuring the timeliness and efficient completion of renovations projects, budget management, economic forecasting, internal financial reporting, and working actively with the property management companies to maximize profitability.

 
Chad earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of California, Davis.

As an Associate, Jack Aronson is responsible for the asset management of over 2,000 units across Florida, Georgia and Nevada. In addition to overseeing capital projects, financial and legal restructuring and operations, Jack is also responsible for facilitating the acquisition and disposition of assets in these regions.

Suzann R. Priest, CFO

Ms. Priest has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. She oversees Jackson Square Properties’ finance functions. Prior to joining Jackson Square Properties, she was the finance manager of Interstate Equities Corp. where she helped lead the company through a significant restructuring of its operations and capital structure, growing the Institutional property portfolio to $244 million in assets. Prior to this she was a Lead Financial Analyst for E*TRADE Financial and an audit and tax manager for Atherton & Associates.

Jeff Jaeger, COO

Jeff has overseen the acquisition and operation of approximately 10,000 units nationwide. He is also Chief Operating Officer for two other subcompanies, Jackson Square Construction and Jackson Square Management, which oversee construction and management across the national portfolio. Jeff is also a partner or key principal in over 4,000 multifamily apartment units.
