Upon acquisition in 2003, Overlook underwent an extensive exterior renovation program which included asphalt replacement, a remodeled clubhouse and fitness center, signage upgrades, pool area upgrades, and a complete painting program. The property has since maintained a consistent 98% occupancy rate in a market of below 90% general occupancy rate.
