Jackson Square Properties Forms a Joint Venture with Sansome Pacific Properties to Acquire a Class B Apartment Community in Oceanside, CA
Oceanside, CA - December 1, 2009 – Jackson Square Properties, a real estate investment firm, announced today it has formed a joint venture with San Francisco-based Sansome Pacific Properties to acquire a garden-style apartment community totaling 136 units. Rancho Las Brisas Apartments was built in the early 1970’s and enjoys a suburban location in San Diego County, CA.

· ·Rancho Las Brisas Apartments is located at 3675 Barnard Drive and was built in 1972. The community will be rebranded as Shadow Ridge Apartments.
