Jackson Square Properties Forms a Joint Venture with Sansome Pacific Properties to Acquire a Class B Apartment Community in Whittier, CA

Whittier, CA October 30, 2009  – Jackson Square Properties, a real estate investment firm, announced today it has formed a joint venture with San Francisco-based Sansome Pacific Properties to acquire a garden-style apartment community totaling 120 units.  Kendallwood Apartments was built in the early 1970’s and enjoys a suburban location in Los Angeles County, CA.
