Nicholas Davidson, Acquisitions Associate and Asset Manager

Currently Nicholas is an Acquisitions Associate and an Asset Manager. He is a skilled underwriter, providing analysis for targeted markets, individual and portfolio properties, assisting with the due diligence process, closing deals, and transitioning them into the company’s portfolio. As an Asset Manager, he oversees the Texas and Southern California portfolios, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing cash flows, resale values, and investor returns.

Prior to joining the Acquisitions team, Nick was the Finance Manager.  While working directly for the CFO, he managed the operating company’s finances and was responsible for overseeing tax-filing, audits, all accounting, as well as financial and investor reporting. Prior to being in a management position, Nick had 5 years of experience as an analyst and accountant, including over two years of property accounting and reporting at Jackson Square Properties.

He joined the firm in 2006 after completing a double-major from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Philosophy.  He is also scheduled to sit for the CA Broker’s License Exam, and is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
