Nick Davidson

Nick provides support and analysis for many aspects of Jackson Square operations. His duties range across the Finance, Asset Management and Construction teams. His primary responsibility is the accounting and financial reporting for the Mobile Home Estate Portfolio.

Other duties range from helping manage subcontractor work with respect to project budgets and timelines, to vendor payables for capital renovation projects, to analyzing new and existing multifamily properties. He joined the firm in 2006 after receiving a double-major from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Philosophy.
