    Year Purchased - 1986

    Once acquired, Tribecca Apartments underwent a major rehabilitation program transforming the property from a bland early 1970’s, flat roof property to a modern, highly visible and desirable property. Upgrades included new siding, walkways, entrance, parking configurations, balconies, fitness center and leasing office.

  • Sommerset Apartments

    Sommerset Apartments has recently undergone a massive renovation program including a full interior and exterior facelift that included the installation of washers & dryers in each unit. The renovations resulted in Sommerset Apartments being voted the Best Apartment Community in Solano county by KRON news in 2009.

    Sommerset is ideally located in the heart of Solano County about midway between San Francisco and Sacramento. The County is home to Travis Air Force base, a Genentech manufacturing facility, a Kaiser Permanente opening in 2009, and the expanding Vacaville Premium Outlets shopping center.

  • Riverstone Apartments
    302 Woodcreek Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

    Year Purchased - 2005

    Riverstone Apartments is located in the Village of Bolingbrook, one of the most highly desirable suburbs of Chicago. Ikea Bolingbrook opened its doors in September 2005 and across the street Macy’s opened in 2007. Upon its recent acquisition, the property will underwent an extensive $13 million dollar exterior and interior renovation which included the addition of a second clubhouse and pool for the second phase, water features, signage, fencing, fully remodeled interior hallways, kitchens and bathrooms.
