  • Jeff has overseen the acquisition and operation of approximately 10,000 units nationwide. He is also Chief Operating Officer for two other subcompanies, Jackson Square Construction and Jackson Square Management, which oversee construction and management across the national portfolio. Jeff is also a partner or key principal in over 4,000 multifamily apartment units.

  • Ms. Priest has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. She oversees Jackson Square Properties’ finance functions. Prior to joining Jackson Square Properties, she was the finance manager of Interstate Equities Corp. where she helped lead the company through a significant restructuring of its operations and capital structure, growing the Institutional property portfolio to $244 million in assets. Prior to this she was a Lead Financial Analyst for E*TRADE Financial and an audit and tax manager for Atherton & Associates.

  • As director of acquisitions, Chad is responsible for all potential multifamily acquisitions across the country. His responsibilities include sourcing, initial underwriting, debt/equity placement, due diligence, and closing. In 2010, JSP acquired over 2,700 units throughout Denver & California making JSP one of the largest private multifamily buyers in both states.

  • As Vice President of Asset Management, Todd Irish is responsible for oversight of the asset management team for the 14,000 units in Jackson Square Properties portfolio. In addition to general oversight of all markets he has direct oversight over the Illinois, Neveda, Tennessee, Colorado, Northern California and Arizona markets.

  • Currently Nicholas is an Acquisitions Associate and an Asset Manager. He is a skilled underwriter, providing analysis for targeted markets, individual and portfolio properties, assisting with the due diligence process, closing deals, and transitioning them into the company’s portfolio. As an Asset Manager, he oversees the Texas and Southern California portfolios, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing cash flows, resale values, and investor returns.

  • As Property Accountant, Eric is primarily responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for the Mobile Home Estate Portfolio. His duties also include providing support and analysis for Asset Management and Acquisition teams.  In addition to his finance duties, he is also the Asset Manager for a 15-unit apartment building located on San Francisco’s Russian Hill.

  • As Property Accountant, Jennifer is primarily responsible for the Mobile Home Estate Portfolio.  Her finance duties include preparing monthly financial reports, managing the parks’ operating accounts and Accounts Payable.  Additionally, she provides support to the Asset Management Team.

  • As an Asset Manager, Bryan oversees the Georgia, Florida, Memphis and Utah portfolios. He draws from his prior experience with on site management and large scale renovations of high profile luxury apartment communities, and has a sound understanding of the operating fundamentals that are conducive to achieving operational success, enhanced value and increased returns. Bryan works diligently to ensure that his assigned assets are always at or near optimal performance.
