    Professional Experience

    Jackson Square Properties - COO, Partner, & Co-Founder – 2003- Present
    Currently the Chief Operating Officer of Jackson Square Properties. Jackson Square Properties was formed to purchase value-added real estate and capitalize on strong multi-family markets nationwide. As Chief Operating Officer, Jeff has overseen the acquisition and operation of approximately 10,000 units nationwide. He is also Chief Operating Officer for two other subcompanies, Jackson Square Construction and Jackson Square Management that oversees the construction and management across the national portfolio. Besides being a partner in Jackson Square Properties and its subsidiaries, Jeff is also a partner or key principal in over 4,000 multifamily apartments units.

    Lend Lease Real Estate – Acquisitions Associate - 2000 - 2003
    Prior to forming JSP, Jeffrey worked in the in the capital transactions department at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Before being bought by Morgan Stanley, Lend Lease was one of the largest pension fund advisory firms in the US and one of the largest west coast buyers of multi-family investments. At Lend Lease, Jeffrey participated in the acquisition and underwriting of over $2 billion in acquisitions, including over 5,000 multi-family units.
