Chad Bungcayao, Director of Aquisitions

As director of acquisitions, Chad is responsible for all potential multifamily acquisitions across the country. His responsibilities include sourcing, initial underwriting, debt/equity placement, due diligence, and closing. In 2010, JSP acquired over 2,700 units throughout Denver & California making JSP one of the largest private multifamily buyers in both states. Chad previously worked in the asset management department overseeing the capital improvements, budgets management, and economic forecasting for the CA, AZ, UT, and IL portfolio for JSP.
